Here and There

Along the wrinkles of time
lay my age-old heart.
On heaps of withered stillness
its shrilling wreckage strewn.
On shores of a missing story
facade of love tides surge.
I wish to set sail one last time
give me your child-like eyes.
Worlds, words and woes vanish
as I go astray to gaze yet again
into this young heart―full of stars.

Fall

A portrait of your nothingness,
lie carelessly on the fringes
of my halting anticipation.

Retrieve

The truth steps in quietly
with its yearning feet that
lie in timeless love and wait.
Where else can a bruised heart stop?

Morning Sickness

Pain:
Discharge from a weary heart
leak into private crevices.

Wet:
Your image bleed and spill
over my night garments.

Burn:
These uneasy pores on skin
breed forgotten warmth.

Loath:
Your absence soaked in the air
make this moment unbreathable.

Fatigue:
The heart wanders until
it forgets its own rhythm.

That Never Leaves

Hold me ceaselessly
as I drown in time.

Clock

The 2 a.m. of my soul
awaits at the barricade
of recurring nights.

Instinct

Come, sail with me,
in this stream of death
that freely rescues.

Elemental

What’s burning in the rifts of your heart?
What’s taking you away from me?
What’s this universe?
Retrieve and reclaim the memory
of torment and tenderness, love.
You become the becoming
of an endless search.
I return to my own darkness,
I return to you.

This Endless See

This is where you begin,
This is where you end,
' I ' will meet you here,
Here is where .  .  .

A Distant Throe

In the midst of uncertain orgasms,
spurts a summer night in all its intolerance and
an invisible loathing for love, lover and light.

Infinity

Dear broken heart,
what brings you back into shape again?
to be broken once more…

Stumble

Your insufficient touch estrange
an illusion of a forgetful heart.
How helpless is such a buried
sarcophagus of this feeble moment.
Paltry of bare tears hesitate
to run down over obscure absence.
Our fortuitous love is just an extra pyre
On human time and space,
burning a heap of dead
and half dead souls within.
